In a nut shell - very, very little to complain about.

Office and Maintenance staff have not let me down one time. Every request has been fulfilled within a shorter amount of time than I would otherwise consider excellent.

The grounds here receive more attantion than most regional parks. Disturbances from other neighbors are minimal - good people here. The amenities are everything one could want - even in a single family home. A place where your kids can run arount at night with no worries.

It's hard to say bad things about people who take such good care of you.
