I have lived here since 2002 and would love to actually OWN this apartment. Very spacious, nice layout, great price.
Few things that need improving:

1. Only one trash recepticle. This gets stopped up and overflowed alot, not very convenient or attractive.
2. Parking can be a pain as sometimes you have to park at other parking lots. Parking tags displayed in every cars window could solve this issue.
3. I wish this apartment complex would adopt the process of having family buildings and non-family buildings. (keeping tenants with children seperate from people without children)I lived in an apartment in Michigan that adopted this policy and it was great.

As far as an earlier comment about the cops patroling the lots for county tags, I have not lived at an apartment complex that does NOT have this practice so I do not find that surprising.

Great staff, for the most part, decent neighbors. I would totally recommend this place despite my few complaints.
