I like living here but I will most likely will not resign. The monthly rent is to high for the size of the apartments. Parking is alittle tight at times but that is a part if the Nova / DC area.
if the rent rates possibly go down i will resign my lease.
Great location...
Nice Place for Pets, But wish the owners would pick up after there pets. Not safe for the kids to play in the grass due to the pooh.
