Although our stay was okay--nice apartment, reasonable rent, nice location, pet friendly; all of our problems began after we moved out.
Make sure you have all lease and agreement information in writing. Keep copies of your cleared rent checks. These people keep horrible records and are too lazy to help you or call you back.
Also, be sure to check out the Better Business Bureau for Reserve at Town Center and Equity apartment co.
