This place is a complete rip off. The maintenence almost burned our apartment down by leaving our dryer running all day long. they had to visit 4 times to fix the dryer before replacing it...and the replacement from another apartment didn't work. they claim it did. the air conditioner was constantly crapping out. and they could never maintain their dumpster. it would be at times not working and everyone would have to dump their trash into the parking lot. there were small furry creatures eventually running around it. the complex actually pays you to spy on your neighbors business. and when you move in, document, detail, and take pictures of EVERYTHING. If you don't, you'll end up owing over $1000 of damages. The checklist isn't enough. Document and picture EVERYTHING. The office staff is not helpful and lies. Often stuck up and has no time for you after you move in. The only good quality about this place is the parking. park anywhere. no tags. visitor free-for-all. otherwise, not worth the money. Did i mention they raised our rent $250 more a month after we lived there a year'
