Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
We lived at the Reserve at Towncenter for more than 2 years before we had to transfer to another Equity Property in New Jersey due Job Relocation. They made it so easy to transfer. We did have 2 large dogs living with us and they did have an "accident". Sure, we had to pay for the carpet when we moved out, but that was our responsibility. I also wanted to recommend this property on their great maintenance service. They have this policy that when they do not respond within 2 days, you live rent free. Whenever there was anything wrong with our apartment, they took great care of everything.
Now we are getting transfered back to the Reserve at Town Center and the staff has been so very helpful.
We are looking forwared living here again.
