NEW BUILDING Built in the mid 1990's--appliances and furnishings still new; carpet, paint, washer, dryer, frig, dishwasher, etc.

LOW MAINTANENCE Responsive 24 hour "emergency" maintanence--though I've only had one minor plumbing problem in almost a year.

HUGE PLACE High ceilings, HUGE bathroom, walk in closet, lots of space--which can be costly to heat in the winter.

STAFF Is friendly, helpful.

CLEAN Only bugs are occasional rolly pollys and random spiders. (I'm on the ground floor)

PARKING Unasigned but always availible near desired entrance.

LOCATION Less than 3 miles from just about any type of commercial establishment immaginable including mall, movie theater, resturaunts, Walmart, Best Buy, etc. but far from METRO stops (20 min) and access to DC by car (45 min)

SAFE AREA Police constantly patrol the lot by night.

OCCASIONALLY NOISY but only when neighbors are outside in the stairwell being loud anyways; occasionally hear upstairs neighbor vacuuming, stomping. NEVER AFTER HOURS

GARBAGE DUMP MAY BE FAR Depending to which building you're assigned.
