When I first moved in I really liked the Reserve. Nice and new and quiet. When the place was taken over by new management....things weren't so great anymore. The outside hallways are always dirty and full of spider webs. Management doesn't care if you own a gas grill and keep it on your balcony...lovely fire hazard. Parking is a problem...if you get there too late you are walking a long way back to your building...not good for a single female...to bad there isn't assigned parking. Basically - if you can afford the rent at this place - you should really look into buying because your mortgage will not be much higher! I would hesitate in recommending this place to a friend.
