We were potential tenants. We got approved at another Equity Apartment on 08/25, but did not want to stay there because we read they have burgularies. Also, they don't do back ground checks on there tenants. Anyone can live at an Equity Apartment with approved credit, and the place where we were approved had a psycho tenant dancing and shadow boxing in the rain on 08/25. Anyway, on 08/26 we applied at Reserve at Town Center and told Roya not to pull our credit since we did not want more inquiries on our credit file. She told us she needed to talk with her manager who was away on vacation if she can approve our application without doing another inquiry. Roya was off on 08/27. She returned to work on 08/28 and called at 4:35pm to tell us she would have to do an inquiry on one of us because it's policy. However, she will wait for us to tell her it's ok to do an inquiry. The morning of 08/28, before Roya called us, we got approved for a much better apartment, better community, much higher rating than any Equity Apartments, and they do back ground checks. We called Roya at Reserve at Town Center on 08/29 in late a.m. and there was no answer. We left a message telling her we did not want stay at Reserve Town Center. She returned our call late. However, she did an inquiry anyway. Equity Apartment's system which they do inquiries shows very private information in your credit file. Now I'm going to file a formal complaint against the company for an unauthorized inquiry. How stupid can they be. I would never tell anyone to live where ignorant and nosey manage. Also, they are too high. So many other competitve places to live that have much better management and better communities.

Heheh.. Sounds like the makings of a healthy sanitarium. At least the tenants can eat the spiders for you.

amazing I do live at Remington apt's and I thought that place was awesome to live there thanks for the advice
