Been here for about 3 years. Each year the rent goes up drastically. The management staff are nice when you first move in and then they are too busy smoking to answer the phone or care about what you do or don't need. Current residents are rude and I don't know how much of a background check they really do, when folks about me are in a 2 bedroom and have 3 men, 3 women and 5 kids living with them.

Parking is a problem, if you don't get home early you have a long walk to your building. Trash is always backed up outside the compactor, folks are constantly throwing cigarette butts off the balcony. It is a monthly occurence for the fire department to be here because of a brush fire from a cigarette butt.

The apartments are in dis-repair. Our kitchen counter has buckled a couple of different times. There are constant water leaks, toilets running etc.

The management does not keep accurate financial records. The Property Manager is brainless and has no clue how to look anything up in the system. Her name is Kelly. She is USELESS. They are all the time mixing up the billing between apartments and the different utility companies. If you can afford this place, keep looking, there are better apartments in the area for better money and less headache.
