I love living here, it's been about 11 months and I've renewed my lease. The rent increase was 50 bucks which I consider to be fair. Working with the leasing office when I was apartment hunting was a bit of a pain. I felt like they weren't as responsive as other places that seemed more interested in having me. However, I loved the apartments, the complex and the location so much, I tolerated their unresponsiveness. The move was easy, the apartment was ready on time and it looked brand new.
