I have lived at this Apartment complex for going on 7 years now, and The management awful, they go thru managers their like crazy. Oh and If you have a complaint it takes forever for them to investigate it. And the Rent' Its too damn much for price I pay their now for a 3 bedroom, I could rent a townhouse $1300 for that Sh*tty a** place, come on now'' And Gang members are horrible, I had someone break into my daughter car, and stole her cd's, cd player, and some other items-The management staff didnt do nothing, didnt send out a notice warning people that cars are getting broken into. I would want to know whats going on in the neighborhood, I LIVE THERE TOO!!! But Me personally, I think that the new company that took it over Ketter should lower the rent, because I am still ticked about the price I pay, Oh I am looking for a townhome, but they need to lower the prices of the 3 bedrooms/2bedrooms, its not really worth it!!

It really kills me when people ----- about their apt. home but yet they're the ones that don't do anything about it, perhaps move to another place!!! First off, managers are not police officer to supervise your cars all the time. I lived there for a few years and I never felt unsafe. Management is not the best, they could improve their maintenance field but they do what they can. BTW-Kettler is just their new name but same company (KSI).
