My year at Village at Potomac Falls has been great. I think I was truly lucky to have such a great year at this apartment complex. First off, for the Sterling area, the rent is low. I paid $895/month. My lease is almost up(, and the only reason I am considering another apartment is so that I can be closer to D.C. But during my search, I haven't been able to find an apartment in as great condition as this place for around the price I pay now. If I do decide to renew my lease, I'd still be paying a pretty low rent of 910.

I honestly don't have any negative things to say about Village at Potomac Falls. I get home late at night from work most of the time and I am still able to find parking really close to my building. My building is always quiet. I haven't needed any repairs for my apartment except for when I first moved in, I noticed my washing machine leaked a little. But literally the next day after I put a work order in, the maintenance staff came and fixed it within an hour.

The maintenance staff is very friendly and you can always find them driving the golf carts checking out that the garbage area is neat and clean and to make sure the property in general is in good condition. When filters in the building need to be changed, the office types up a formal letter and notifies everyone the exact time frame maintenance will need to come into the apartment.

Almost every month, the office has event parties or contests for the community.

If you are looking for a safe, quiet, well-kept, relatively new building and stylish interior, Village of Potomac Falls is well worth the money you pay every month!
