I've only lived here for a few months, but I'm very comfortable. I live next to a Loudoun County Sheriff, and have seen several police vehicles parked in the lot. They must get some kind of discount or something.

I've only had one maintenance issue and that was fixed the same day. The maintenance man was very nice.

The only complaint I have is that parking is tight, so I decided to rent a garage. My guest have to park in my driveway or in visitor parking.

Overall, the grounds are kept up and the people who live here seem to keep to themselves.

With just recently moving in, I've only dealt with the office staff a few times. They were helpfull and even remembered my name when I came in to pay rent.
