Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
Rent is high! $1340 per month 2 bedroom.
The windows are not insulated! Winters is cold! (excessive heat required)
Summer time is opposite!
Heat/AC distribution is uneven throughout! One room is freezing / the other is comfortable!
Parking is insane! Will tow for any reason!
As far as night time noise! There is a lot of traffic in and out! (many drunk people partying and acting like children)!
No inforcement by mgmnt!
Renewed lease a year ago! Recieved a discount for the 1st month. Paid the amount owing! The day after rent was due I got a notice stating it was not paid in full and that legal actions would be started!
Result was it was an error on thier part!
Still not apologetic on the issue. They do not notify you of anything unless it is to thier benefit!
Rent goes up by $40 -$50 a month each year!
