If you enjoy a hot shower, parking near your building and peace & quiet, DO NOT LIVE HERE! I have never been so disgusted with a place during my years of renting in Virginia. The hallways inside the buildings always stink and you can hear every conversation, every baby crying and every applicance running just walking to your door. Almost all of my showers are cold or lukewarm and if I do get hot water, it only lasts for a couple minutes (This place might as well set up outside community showers). I understand that apartment living is a compromise, but for the money paid the residents definitely deserve a higher quality of living. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
