If you can't figure out the parking then being towed is your own fault. It is very clear that recieve two parking passes per household and the visitor parking is clear. Your visitor can park one night in a visitor spot, then for 4 more nights with a pass. How hard is this'
As for people with pets - this reviewer obviously doesn't have them - what he talks of isn't prevelant - people are good about picking up and you can't hear every noise. The most we have heard is our upstairs neighbor walking in the morning on her way to work and coming home at night. No yelling, no loud TVS...no pets barking....
It is a nice, accomodating community with spacious apartments, attentive maintenance and friendly neighbors.
I wouldn't listen to just two reviews, but the other person is SO over the top on the complaints it is funny.
Sorry buddy it cost you 360 dollars for tows, but the RULES are the RULES and are there for a reason.
