Crappy.. too expensive for what you get

I'm trying to move out because this place is too expensive for what you get. They don't seem to care about the residents. The trash (which is the only utility they take care of) is full and the compactor breaks frequently. They charge you pet rent then require you to pay them for who ever they want to deflea, clean, etc the place when you leave with your pet, then charge you again for new carpet. Also they won't let you break the lease for anything... even death... it says so in fine print in the lease. and if by chance they do let you break the lease, they make you pay an arm and a leg. Highly NOT!!!! recommended
