For everyone complaining about parking....if you follow the rules about parking you would never be charged. We have lived here 3 months and have gone through a change of several vehicles (ours, rental when we lost one, our work vehicle and a new purchase) and not once in FIVE cars have we ever been towed....

WHY' Because we FOLLOWED THE RULES...and they were aptly explained to us when we moved in and in the policy.

GO TO THE FRONT OFFICE AND ASK FOR A VISITORS PASS AND PARK. YOU WON'T BE TOWED!!

It isn't their fault. You have been told and I get tired of the reading the complaints about the towing and the parking. It is ridiculous.

As for maintenance and front office staff response - they have been great to us - perhaps because we are nice and they are nice back' If you simply asked you might find out that the complex is going through a staff shortage/change and although they are trying, they don't have 7 people on staff all the time. (Why should they')

This is a very nice place to live - You all are spoiled, because if you want no hassle parking and perfect garbage pickup and maintenance done right to YOUR specifications then perhaps you should BUY YOUR OWN HOUSE.....

The people that complain here are the one's that are nasty to the staff - I can guarantee it.

Big apartments - nice, attentive staff - reasonable rent for the area - VERY convenient
