My husband and I are temporarily living here and I simply don't understand all the complaints. I guess it goes to prove that some people are just never happy.
If you abide by the rules there is plenty of parking.
Pet friendly, YES!
Maintenance is very good. On the few issues I have had they always came the same day.
The grounds are pretty and well kept. It is lit at night very well.
One thing to remember, when you damage the carpet, blinds, etc. in the apartment you live in, you are responsible for the cost of replacement. This is the rule in every complex. Everyone knows that so you complainers stop acting as if you are innocent.
People complain about the kids but Fair Housing would slap a fine on this place so fast if there was any discrimination.
It's a nice place to live!
