Much better places available

They charge 1035 a month for an apartment thats barely 600 square feet. The place has its ups and downs. The carpets are nice, crown molding around the ceiling, nice doors, and a nice balcony. The huge negative is the cabinetry. For a closet thats over 1000 a month, the cabinet job was horrendous. Some of the doors in the bathroom did not even close straight. One cabinet would be hanging down lower than the opposite. On top of that they looked like cabinets and drawers from a dorm room, completely cheap and disgusting. The appliances are typical apartment fare; cheap. For an area with so many other apartment choices, I would just go to Ashburn and find a newer place for the same rates and much nicer amenities. p.s. The parking policy is ridiculous. They have a huge kickback from this company called battlefield towing. Most places I have lived in/visited in the area have open parking with absolutely no problem so unless you like thinking about where your significant other is going to park at night, then I'd look someplace else.
