Not Happy I stayed here 6 months and it is time to renew. Well my rent went up a lot.
They also have in their contract that I have to tell them 2 months prior to my contract expiring if I am moving out. I was going to stay another six months but just found out when I went in to extend my lease

I like it 18 months later I live at ParcDulles and have only nice things to say. I moved in for 12 months and re signed for another 12 months. I called maintenance 2 times in the time I have been here and on both occasions, the work was done within 24 hours. the property is kept very nice.
