What goes up, must come down - I live in the back apartments nearest the tennis courts but directly facing the front of trash compactor. I like it 18 months later I live at ParcDulles and have only nice things to say. I moved in for 12 months and re signed for another 12 months. I called maintenance 2 times in the time I have been here and on both occasions, the work was done within 24 hours. the property is kept very nice.
