I love my townhome and my neighbors are very nice. I also feel that the Maintenance staff does a really good job and are quick to respond.My husband and I however, are very concerned about the safety of the neighborhood due to the increase in crime. I am also concerned about the lack of maturity and professionalism from the manager (Sara Ogle).When you present her with a problem she laughs and giggles about EVERY THING! I don't understand her humor!!!!! She is the only person that I have a problem with. I have had to call the office on more then one occasion about maint. issues that were never addressed and found out that she forgot to write the service request for it and of course to HER that was just so FUNNY!!!!I have read surprisingly wonnderful comments about her...and to tell you the truth I honesly think she is writing these comments HERSELF and tooting her own horn!!! I've been a resident at College Square now for awhile and I for one are sick and tired of the back and forth nonsense going on when I visit this site. I would think that this site is pretty cut and dry as far as coming on here to see about a community, but for the most part I've seen people get on here and take shots at Sara(property manager). I personally have lived in alot of communities and the area as well as the manager and maintenance are some of the best I've dealt with. I come up here often just to laugh at what people had to say but now it's getting outrageous. My question to whoever hates anything or anyone about this community is: Why stay here? If things are that bad, just approach Sara about her downfalls and I'm sure she'll change. All these computer games are ridiculous, especially when your property manager is just a few doors away. Be an adult about things talk to her and not the internet. Oh yea, I assure I'm not the manager, just a concerned tenant whose fed up with all the disrespect.

These aren't computer games!!!!!! People in this community are experiencing REAL problems...believe me, I am not the only one!You say why stay here???? Do you know how expensive it is to move???? I like the community, just not the Manager...why is that so difficult for you to grasp?? I'm not looking for perfection...just a functioning apt. home that I happen to pay a pretty good price for and a little RESPECT!!!!!!!!!! If I treated customers in my office the way she has treated me and my family I would be FIRED!!!!!!!! You people don't get it!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have tried talking to her....why should I let an inmature, irresponsible so called Manager run me off this property????? Big deal...so we have had a few little parties..I didn't move here for a snowcone or Halloween PARTY!!!!!!!!!!!!
