This is my second post to this site, I replied to comments made about the area, management, maintenance, etc... The post I placed was a bit premature without thinking because I was upset with all the ignorant comments being made. College Square is by far a great community, the area is quiet compared to many other areas. The price is a bit steep but you pay for what you want. I'm glad I chose this community because it turned out well for me and my family. Everyone I speak to in this community are pleased with everything. Yeah, there are minor faults but nothing is perfect, you can oly help to make it that. If everyone here becomes a community and not disrespect your own choice of living then this will be a wonderful place. We need to look out for one another instead of all the downplay.

And all the increase in crime? The break ins? how does this make College Square a safe place?

Hey there Collegesquareupholder...you need to get off your high horse! I'm glad your experiences with the Manager have been positive; unfortunately not everyone has been as fortunate as you. I have tried talking to Sara,that's one of the problems. Based on other comments on this site, it is very evident that I am not the only person that feels this way. I am not trying to demean her character...I am just very, very frustrated...you obviously do not know the SARA that some of us do!!!! Get over it!!!! AS far as the community...it is great....sorry my displeasure over the Manager upsets you so and that you have to defend her!!! There's always 2 sides to every story...you have your side and I have mine!

Well here we go again with the back and forth, this will be my last post on this subject and I hope that the people looking for a community is not side-tracked by the internet bloggers. If you are looking for a great community, College Square has a very pleasant atmosphere, the tenants are wonderful and the togetherness is pleasing. Since I've been here the community has held several events to bring us closer, from an Easter Egg Hunt, to Sno-cone Fridays in the summer, and even the latest Halloween party. If you're looking for somewhere you could enjoy and have your kids enjoy as well then at least check out College Square. You can see from all the anonymous posts that at least we agree on that much. I guess you could only sum up about Sara that some people like her and some don't, I just hope those who don't would stop trying to hurt her via the internet, and if her aura is that bad, and not the community then it may be fine time to search for some where everything is PERFECT. signing off..................

Increase in Crime? I have heard that there have been a few break ins but not to down play the seriousness of thier issue, But I mean itis happening EVERYWHERE!!! I mean you find me a neighborhood or even a city for that matter with no crime and I suggest that you move there because it does not exist! the problem is that you would not be happy there either, because the truth is there are some people who just can not be made happy no matter what. I think that the manager is doing a fine job. I'm not syaing that she is perfect, but who is? I only know of one person...J.C- I will say the only issue I have with College Square has been the parking. We have three vehicles and it is a real pain to have to park our third car out on the street. But honestly that really is my only "beef" with the community.
