The community overall "looks" nice and inviting. However, when you drive through the neighborhood at night, you will see vehicles parked in the grass (in the woods) because there is not enough parking!! If you dont want to park in the woods you need to be home by a certain time in order to get somewhat of a good parking space! Or either shell out $100 monthly for a garage! That is too steep knowing that parking is terrible it should be a lower price. I personally believe its a rip-off because if you dont want to park in the woods you may want to get a garage to reduce the risk of having your car backed into! Which is also a joke because that garage and the space in front should be reserved, there is a sign clear as day "get towed at your own risk". JOKE! I tried to have a car towed, and the police as well as every towing company in the local area stated that the apartment complex has to have a designated towing company if they are going to display a sign! JOKE! Do they have one NO! When a towing company was located, they stated it would take 4hours to come out! Needless to say, I had to call someone to catch a ride to work! There wasnt even anything not even an apology from the complex. NOTHING for the inconvenience! CAR CARE CENTER''' Whats that''' there isnt even a water hose! I have resided here for a year now and still no car care center, but it's coming! (Of course that's what they say) Rent just went up by $20!! for what''' They should be coming down on the rent if anything! The apartments are very small for the money! Cable, it goes in and out all of the time, you cannot get another cable company because they have their own cable station company. Currently, my movies channels are out and have been out for 2 weeks now! Why I dont know, cant get a proper response! The blower for the AC / Heat is soooooooooooooo loud, that you have to turn the TV up and down, up and down! It is aggravating, their response is... "I'm sorry there is nothing that can be done". Heat / AC in the master bedroom' There is none! How can an apartment soooo small not heat or cool correctly''' I have been listening to this heat run consistently all day lonnnnnng! It doesnt shut off automatically! You have to turn it on and off! "YOU" are the control! You shouldn't have to set the thermostat to 80* to heat a 900 sq ft apartment! I had a home that was 2500sq ft and it heated fine at 70-73*. I would expect this from a low class community, I would not recommend living here to anyone! Oh one more thing, the owner of this place is currently building in front of the community a doctors office building, if he has money like that (in which he should because he's getting rich from the residents) he should put that money into what he has already established and do what needs to be done to make this a "Professional Lifestyle Community"!
