I just moved out after staying here for almost two years. Overall, I DO recommend these apartments.

The top floor apartments are the best, I almost never heard any of my neighboors. But on the non-top floor apartments you could hear pretty easily the neighboors above but not the ones beside you thanks to good wall insulation.

The parking is an issue, but some apartments have a lot harder time than others. Try to get an apartment on the West side because they have a wider road and more parking.

Also, if the apartment is facing in the right direction you can get DirecTV and avoid the apartment cable system (although it worked fine for me, just expensive for what they give you).

The apartments are very pet friendly, I had two Goldens who loved walking around the lake. Lots of places to put pet waste and almost everyone picked up after their pets. The only problem is that I think they over water the grass since it stayed wet and sometimes muddy eventhough we were in a drought.

The pool is great, doesn't get too crowded except on Saturdays.

Finally, the location of the apartments is awesome. Right off of I-664, close to a new Farm Fresh and right down the block from the Fire/Police station.

Overall, I think the quality of tenents in these apartments is very good, which helps lead to a great overall experience.
