My husband and I lived at Harbour Breeze for a year...and we couldn't wait for our lease to be up. We paid WAY too much for what we got. The apartment was small, the AC was ridiculously loud. The storage space wasn't great. And parking was a joke. We were in the building closest to the front office, and after 6 p.m. there was nothing nearby. I can't imagine that anyone would choose to live there long-term. Stay until you can find yourself a better situation...a mortgage is not that far off from the rent you pay there.
