Been living at harbour breeze for over a year now and plan on staying for many more. The lanscaping is always very clean cut and the property always looks great. The clubhouse staff is very friendsly and always there to help out, maintenance is very fast at fixing any problem, usly within 2hrs most problems are fixed. I feel very safe walking around the property at any time day or night, they always have an officer patroling the community at night.
