My wife and i have been living here fore about 4 months now and we love it so far! The lake sold me on the place because i love to fish, and i have been very impressed so far plenty of large mouth and catfish. Maintenance is very good, we had a minor problem at move in and they were out to fix it the day we put in the work order. I work at the portsmouth hospital and it only takes me about 10 minutes to get to work even with traffic. So far we are very happy living here.
