Another management change

Wow, I have seen alot of changes. The office staff is always changing. I have seen three management changes since I moved in. I am not happy because the staff is always changing. I never know who will be in my apartment the maintenance staff has changed at least four times within the last year. The cable is always down and the internet is very slow. You have to use their internet because no other provider services the area or so they say!!! I can see why the staff is always changing. I was in the business center about a month ago because my internet was down and I heard someone cussing very loud in the clubhouse so i poked by head out to see what was going on and I over heard a man cussing at one of the maintenace workers about some kind of shop not being set up. Come to find out it was the owner of the company talking to his employee like that in the clubhouse. The office staff has always been really nice to me and I love my apartment, however I will be moving out when my lease is up due to the cable and internet. Two weeks ago my internet was out for a week. I do not want to continue to pay money for something I am not happy with.

I have to disagree with you. I've been a resident at Harbour Breeze since it was first built and I have to say the staff changes have been absolutely nessicarry. While the first management team did a wonderful job for the first couple years they were incapable of keeping up with the rising demands of prospective residents and current residents. As with the most current management change, the previous manager seemed incompetent and unable to run the staff and the complex properly. I am very pleased with the new staff and find that they have dramatically turned the complex around in just a few weeks. On terms of the owner, I have personally met him and actually had a meeting with him since I was one of the very first residents. I find him to be a pleasant man who obviously does what he needs to do to make sure his customers are happy. I trust that they will provide me with a maintanace team that is more than capable of fixing any problems and one that I find trustworthy. As far as internet and cable are concerned I have encountered some problems with it, but do not find that they have been so intense that I must leave. If you take the time out to call any cable or internet provider you will that none provide service to the complex. If you were just going by someones word you obviously lack the motivation to examine other options, just to make sure.
