I disagree about the staff

I have lived at Hillpoint for 1 yr. and love it and the staff. Maybe the person who wrote this wanted the Management to do something they could not! Rules are rules and they are bound to the lease just as we are. The Manager and Maintenance go out of thier way to help people. Any work that has needed to be done in my apartment and others I have spoken too has been done quick and professional. Now there is a delay on some repairs since appliances are under warranty since they are a new complex. are nice.
