I live at Hillpoint & agree that the staff could use some hospitality lessons, so to speak. Sure, they're sweet as peach pie when you're a "potential" renter, but once you've moved in, that goes out the window. Then, as written by an earlier renter, they write nasty newsletters. Now, some of the newsletter does contain some "light," even "cheery" news, but there's always those one or two "sections" that make sure to communicate something burdening, anal, rude, and ugly to the renter (in my opinion.) They want to make sure you know who "has the power." On the phone or in person, the staff is curt, offering no warmth or real personality at all. Oh, they might do so to the "chosen few" renters, but overall they are not. I guess the ones who wrote on here the good recommendations are among the the chosen few. Meanwhile, the rest of us see the real side of them. I do have something good to say about the place though. The location is good...the apartments are clean and nice. Having "nice" apartments staff and management would make this place the best though. Maybe an owner will read this...and come to the understanding that they are on the brink of having a really great place for people to live, but because of what I've already mentioned, what they have now is mediocre. So, owners if you're reading this, maybe some changes in staff's attitudes would be in your best interest...maybe. Then again, maybe noone will read this and I just typed for 15 minutes for no reason. :) No, there's a reason...I just feel better. And be assured that this is all my "opinion." I declare it now. It can be disagreed with by anyone or vice versa. :)
