This apartment complex is horrible. I have lived in apartments for 10 years and not until this one have I had so many rules and regulations imposed on me by such an uncooperative and unfriendly management company. Their office hours are as inconvenient as possible, and the pool is a joke.

office hours "inconvenient"? they're open EVERY day of the week until 5pm! i don't know of ANY apartment complex that's open every day, let alone until 5pm when most people are home from work.
