Management could take some classes on providing a "great client experience". Giving residents good customer service takes practice - it always seems that the office staff "just does not want to be bothered". I would not say they are rude - they just need some training. There is no luxury associated with this complex; however, they are very clean, roomy and seemingly well keep. I don't think the builder used the best quality materials - when it comes to fixtures, blinds, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and so far I feel safe in my surroundings.
