I lived there for 2 years. It was a very clean and safe apartment and I really needed that as I was a female living alone. However, don't let the low deposit fool you. It doesn't mean that they won't charge you for every little thing when you move out. The main thing is to note everything when you move in and do the walk through. I failed to notice that all of the caps on the faucetts were loose so I was then charged to replace them when I moved out. I also had to pay to replace the linoleum in the bathroom due to basic wear and tear, which I felt was unfair. I lived alone and took excellent care of the place, but still paid almost $400 after move-out inspection. It is a nice place to live though, and I almost always had the pool to myself! Oh, the only other thing that bugged me was that a lifeguard had to be on duty and if he just didn't show up, you couldn't swim. I had friends over one day just to swim and then we weren't even able to. Good luck with your move.
