We have lived at Hillpoint for 2 years. We only had a few problems with noise which we handled ourselves and everyone in the surrounding apts seemed to be nice. The few pointers to take into consideration when moving into hillpoint is the rent, move out, and Parking. It is a very nice neighborhood, it is lit like a football field after dark, which is good, however, you are looking to pay close to a mortgage payment for rent. Actually our mortgage for a house is $35 more. Move out inspection is very detailed, good luck! My move out took a while, but I had a painted apartment. DO NOT PAINT. Anything that has even a small smudge will need to be replaced. Parking. Yikes! As much as I did like these apartments, there is not enough parking and no one has assigned parking. This means that even though our neighbors had four cars, they could park them all up front and no one cared. Often times, I would have to park at the next building and walk quite a distance all of my groceries and such to my apt. Since there is no overflow parking for each building, Joe from two buidlings over could be in your parking area and so forth.
Maintainence rocks!
We have enjoyed our stay, but have moved on to better things. I would recommend this place for only a one year lease.
