We've lived here for 4 months and I can genuinely say that I enjoy everything about this place. Maintenance is excellent, even if it takes a couple of days to fix an everyday problem. The (highly complained about) office staff has never been rude or disrespectful to me... and I have been in there plenty of times. The newsletters do not degrade the renters or make us look bad, so I'm not sure why someone complained about that. Obviously if there are problems in the complex they are going to address them in order to maintain order and cleanliness. I have not yet gotten to enjoy the pool; however, it appears to be kept up very well. Parking is not as bad of a problem as some make it out to be--sure if you come home at 7 o'clock you might not get a spot right in front of your stairwell, but a short walk across the parking lot never killed anyone. The rent isn't cheap, but if you want a new apartment and quality service I guess that's to be expected. If you're skeptical after reading negative reviews (much like I was 4 months ago) come and check it out for yourself. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

WELL, guess the article in today's "Saturday Home" was somewhat misleading? The apartment "situation" wasn't covered - just the "Rental Prices"? $840 - 945? and for what? This article made "Hillpoint Farms" the place to be? Maybe for home "buyers"? Glad you're enjoying --- I'll check elsewhere
