I lived in the 1st building at the 2nd entrance and it was GOD AWFUL! When i first moved in, it was okay. Fresh paint and clean carpet. THEN the roaches came out 2days after we moved in. Normally roaches are in the kitchen but these were in the bathroom, bedroom, and living room. In the living room, roaches were crawling on our couch as we watched TV. I had to keep my toothbrushes in a container and couldn't leave them in the toothbrush holder for fear of something crawling on them. I only cooked twice in the apartment because roaches were coming out as i cooked. I had a spoon in one hand and Raid in the other hand. Now how unsanitary is that'!''! THe last straw was one day after the exterminator came, there was a dead roach in my bed under my blanket. I took a picture and gave it to management and she let me break my lease with no penalty. I lived there from July 2005 - Oct.2005...that's how bad it was. Management was a joke and offered me another apartment. Resident manager Miss Rose was very nice but she couldn't help me. I was disgusted!I moved and my dad packed me up. He shook out all my furniture and we threw a lot of things away. Then my dad, threw 3 roach bombs in our U-haul like they were grenades and kept the Uhaul locked up for 3 hours. It must've worked because I only saw 3 bugs after the move and NONE since!!!!!!!!! By god, I hope things have gotten better at Linden Park.

I totally feel you. I used to live there with my mother, who is in the process of finding another place may I add. It was crazy. Roaches every damn place. It was so bad, I started to think the roaches were paying rent, and had mail coming to the apartment. Everytime my mom would say "guys it's time to eat" the roaches would beat us to the table! It was rediculous and VERY unsanitary. I have a 3 year old and I did not want her living in those conditions. My mom still lives there, but sets off bombs all the time and keeps Roach spray. so it has gotten a little better in her apartment. at least when I come over to visit now, the roaches dont greet me at the door anymore. I had to get OUT! and so I did.
