I moved in about 6 months ago and Im already searching for somewhere else. While the management is ok, the apartments them selves are very old and porly kept. They have mandatory inspections in which you have no say in, and the neighbors are very loud. I found out my neighbors names when i heard them above me at 2 am..... lets just say that that is not how i want my children to find out where babies come from. there is a high crime rate in the area. I can't wait to get out of my lease and move.

At least you only heard your upstairs neighbors doing the deed. Mine (here in Linden Park) beat their child and CPS won't come "assess the situation"
