I've been living in Linden Parks for almost a year and since we've been living here we've have alot of problems. I've had a someone into my car and attempted break-in to my apartment. Mailbox broken into along with someone else vandalizing another vehicle of mine. We've tried to make some friends in the nieghborhood but about a week or two later it's like are black listed. The only interaction we have between anyone is with those that sit on the porch to our apartment and give my wife dirty looks when i am not home. It has gotten to a point that my wife won't go out side unless i am with her. She has gotten several dirty words directed towards her for nothing she has done. Probably the worst part about it is when we tried to notify that apartment manager they practically ignored it as if nothing happened.

The apartment complex has a no pit bull policy and yet there are at least six or seven different families with pitbulls in the neighborhood. Drug in the neighborhood is also another problem. Often I go over to the shody run down playgrounds for my kids to play on and see tiny zip lock bags thrown about the area. Often wen i come into my apartment building i am blown away with the smell of marajuana from some where in the building.

I don't know how a company can be so happy and try to bring new families into a neighborhood that is so run down and still try to keep a straight face. I just goes to show you that some place are only there to get your money and that it. We've had little to no changes neighborhood other than the cutting of grass and the trimming of the bushes. The one time we actually needed to make a call to maintenance was when the plumbing in our apartment was jammed and the maintenance team thought i was my family who flushed several paper towels down the toilet. When just two days before a family had moved out nearly over night leaving the apartment unlocked and the door open. We've had several families move out of our building where it came to a point that a building with eleven units in it only had three families living in it. Rumors have been going around that the complex was going under due to bankrupcy and from the neighborhood i can see why.
