Quantico looks very good on the outside, but the inside is a different story. When I viewed the apartment, their were dead roaches in the tub, the toilet water was brown and the water ran brown as well. It was dirty, I figured they would clean it before I moved and the only reason I moved in was because it was cheap and at the time it was their or a homeless shelter. But to my surprise it was not cleaned the day I moved in, so I ended up scrubbing down the whole place. I stayed with a friend for a week, before I finally had the apartment at Quantico ready for me to move into it. My dishwasher was very nasty, I reported to the office, they just came in a ran it a few times and it was still nasty, so I never used it and I stayed there a year.

I had noisy neighbors, they argued all the time and I called the cops and complained all the time, I was not happy. The people upstairs fought all of the time. GHETTO is how I describe some of the people in that complex. I ended up leaving 2 months before my lease, but I paid the rent for those 2 remaining months (I had a baby and didn't want my child around that noise and foolishness). So I moved out officially when my lease was up I left the place very, very clean. Not to mention that it took me 2 months but I had got rid of all the roaches in that place. I called the leasing office and she actually thanked me for leaving the place so clean. She said I would get my full deposit. But it is going on 2 months later and I still have not received it yet. I have called in reference to this check on 3 different occassions and its August 11, 2007 and I still have not received it. The lady said she called corporate, so I hope I receive it this week. It will be 2 full months on the 20th.

So I think the people in the office are nice, maybe too nice because they are not evicting those loud neighbors and they really should to make Quantico a better place to stay. But the staff there really are nice people, they just need to hold the people that are breaking the rules accountable (they are not holding them accountable so it is getting worse).

Plus they don't change lights my light in the bathroom blew and it was a funky flourescent and I didn't know how to get it out to change it. I called the office they would not change it so It remained blown out for 2 months, until I moved out of the place. Luckily I had already moved to another place when it went out.
