A great starter place!!! - I move here Nov 1st, 2010. Love the prices! when people move in they dont move out. Landlady is very nice, anyone would love her. she really trys to work with you. Because its older the sound sucks. me and my husband stay on bottom and you can literaly here someone cough if its quiet in our house. everyone is friendly so that seems to make it ok. no robberies or anything of that nature. ...Full review of Southampton

Don't be fooled by the leasing office! This place is gross. I currently live here and I HATE it. This is my first apartment, and it has been the worst experience. There are roaches everywhere. And the walls are a mess, you can see where there were holes and what not that they tried to

parking!!!!! Parking started out ok. The rules changed to 1 parking pass per family most families have 2 cars or more. Limited guest parking. In my opinion PARKING SUCKS!!!!!!!!
