I feel sorry for the suckers buying this place. Good luck to you, but you get what you deserve for paying over 300K for this place!
Lets see, where to start' Hmm, the elephants that live above us sound like they are going to come through the ceiling, we hear their shower and this annoying clicking sound through the pipes. The smoke detector goes off at the drop of a hat and it takes forever to get it to shut off. The elevator is sloowww as molasses on a cold day.
The "Management" here is pathetic. Bunch of unfriendly low-lifes run this prison. I can't wait to move out. I'm hoping that everything wears out so they have to replace it for the morons that buy this place after we leave.
