To sum it up, the environment here is: hostile.

All any staff wants to do is to be left alone so they can sell, sell, sell a 700 foot condo for a THIRD OF A MILLION DOLLARS.

They actually started having an authoritive air like they can tell you what to do!

If you enter the leasing office anytime during business hours you may get a dirty look from a staff member or get preached by the pot bellied 'security guard' who is SO disgustingly loyal to his sad little job. I've had a visitor got chased by him once. How the hell can anyone be so into their job I dunno why. But this nothing wants your attention and he wants it desperately.

Even if you come in the leasing office after hours the air of hostility is still here. Stale air of abandoned hostility.

Everything people wrote here is true. You gota be a clown SUCKER to buy one of these jokes. DO NOT rent DO NOT buy. 1/3 of a MILLION to HALF A MILLION DOLLARS for a f-ing condo defies common sense. I know it's tempting to consider living here (the people in the catalogs, by the way, are staff members. I saw them do the shoot faking having fun in the pictures.) but the club house is mostly invaded by kids anyway. It is not THAT nice and it gets worse and worse with each passing week. Yea, EVEN late at night ... toddlers until 1am NO exaggeration.

Plenty of parking space doesn't matter--because these control freaks value telling you what to do, where to park, where to enter from above anything else. Your comfort means nothing.

I can write more but that just summed it up. And place falls apart, yes. I haven't even EVER called "emergency" and hope I never have to!!!!! Maintainence staff are all mostly well mannered spanish folks. They invade your apartment w/o calling you but at least they're well mannered (actually.....is that good manners or is that matyrdom'). Both I guess.

It's just not worth the crazy rent price or buy price. defies logic.
