Sadly downhill after complex was sold in July 2004

This is a new apartment complex so it is by no means a dump, but you can easily get better (and still be next to the Metro) for the rent prices.
When the apartment was sold to the Marquis service has dramatically deteriorated. It is no surprise, the company that bought it has very poor ratings in almost all the communitied they own.
It was just a shame that I moved in (with a company that had pretty good ratings in most of their complexes) and without a clue that a sale was imminent.
