I love my closets....that is about it.

The place is falling apart....I have leaking windows and cracking plaster. This place is built really bad. My windows were fixed with a little chaulk.....however it is the casing that is bad and does not seal. The management blamed it on the contractor...who is not in the area..... they did nothing to fix it. The plaster is cracking badly in my living room, they do nothing to fix it. The place is a dump.

The noise level is totally unreasonable. I can't concentrate! The people below me have a subwoofer...so the floor bounces...the people above me are in a corporate apartment....they jump, run, bounce balls, and slam doors. I complain to the management, I ask the residents to keep it down, I have had to call the cops....nothing helps. The management here could care less.....who ever owns the corporate apartment has been contacted by the management, they dont do anything either.....

They sold this place and now they are calling them condos. I dont know how they could actually call them condos when they are built like crap. The best part...they are getting almost 1/2 million for these places...I wouldn't give them $100k for this place.....

Parking here is kind of scary....people use the parking garage as a race course.....be careful. They installed mirrors, but they are too low and far away to do any good. And if someone parks in front of them, you cant see the oncoming traffic. The garage is suppose to be secured, but they never installed the gates. People park in the garage that are taking metro, which limits the spaces that are for the people who live here.

The doors are suppose to be secure, they arent. There is suppose to be a call box, there is not. Really hard if you are expecting a delivery, almost impossible.

False fire alarms are common here....especially in the middle of the night.....this has been a problem for the past year, no one seems to know why, but they know what causes it....too lazy to fix it.

There are other places to rent near by, go there...and avoid this place by all means......dont get yourself into this situation....it is bad. Can't wait to leave....but I will miss my closets.

I liked my closets too. NOT WORTH everything else though...what a fancy DUMP.
