We have lived at the Marquis for just under a year. Young professional couple both working in DC. Living across from the Vienna Metro is a HUGE plus. Money saved on gas and parking. Our condo is very quiet and we have not had any of the problems that one other writer seems to have had. Unfortunately, it takes but one person's bad experience to taint the whole complex. We would have no hesitation in recommending these apartments. Lots of young professionals live here.
