Roaches, they changed the contract from the initial one I signed till the day moved in. Towed visitor car as all the visitor spaces were used on Friday. Dishwasher doesnt work. Electrical outlets will short out your computer!!! Hear next door closing door.

Yeah it's truly horrible. I lived there for a couple of years and had 5,000 bugs for roommates. Nasty. Makes no difference how clean you are. And I agree that the appliances are ancient. Yuk yuk yuk. Stay away!
