no counterspace, no dishwasher, garbage disposal that never works, cracks in the wall that seem to appear out of nowhere, no storage space, unsupervised kids waking you up at 11p.m. kicking a soccer ball at your window or wall. walking out the next morning to find out your car was towed, broken in to or hit by your neighbor not bothering to let you know he did it. An old gas stove with a pilot light constantly going out and leaving your apartment smelling like gas and nearly killing you in while you sleep. I hope you have a lot of money for lamps, because there are no lights.
The blinds don't work. When you try and open or close them, they break and then you get charged for them. Your keys get stuck in the lock. Management doesn't like to tell you when they are going to turn off your water. The security gaurd likes to tell you how to and how not to unload your groceries. Have fun saving quarters because they like to charge you three bucks to use the laundry room, if you can find a chance to do it, considering there is only one washer and dryer for every nine apartments.
Other than that, its a pretty good place.
