they charge the same amount for newer apartments and you get the following:



** lewd and lacivious tenant behavior

** public drinking and drunkiness

** car vandalism

** laundry areas that are unkept and washer and dryers that are not properly maintained or fixed

** noise levels out the box!

** a management team that could less about your needs and making this community a home for its responsible tenants.

** regular police activity

**loitering in stairways and fronts of buildings.
** oh yeah, the are so quick to call their lawyers when you don't pay on time. yep, they want you to pay on time to live in a place that has the above problems. can't get any cooperation, no time!



the only good thing is the location. it?s just a few minutes from everything that is Tysons, DC - the beltway.
